Shipping & Delivery

We work to prepare orders carefully and communicate clearly from checkout through delivery. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Most in-stock orders are prepared within two to four business days, excluding weekends and major United States holidays. During promotional periods or unusually high order volume, preparation may require additional time.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and current estimates are shown during checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of the order. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier interruptions, peak-season volume or an incomplete address. Tracking information is sent to the checkout email address when a label is created. Carrier movement may take up to one business day to appear.

Address accuracy

Please review the recipient name, apartment or suite number, street, city, state and ZIP code before completing payment. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun and are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Delivered, delayed or missing packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check entrances, household members, building staff and nearby safe locations before contacting the carrier. If the package remains missing, email us with the order number and tracking details so we can help document the issue. Claims remain subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

International orders

When international shipping is available, the recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees and import requirements imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
